As part of the Bakers Board quality assurance policy, complete customer satisfaction is essential to our family owned business. We will try our best to ensure you are elated with your final product.

For any item that is found defective, you have a 30 day period (from when the order was shipped) to contact us for a replacement. This policy applies to any item that is confirmed defective in material or craftsmanship, when used in a household setting and cared for according to the instructions given.

*We do not offer returns or exchanges on customized products as custom order sales are final.  

**Minor imperfections, wood blemishes, surface markings, slight color and grain variations are normal.  This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, or alteration.

When adding the customized field to your purchase, please understand that it will take 7-10 days to create your personalized product prior to shipping.

Artwork should be submitted via email in a VECTOR format. This includes Corel Draw (.cdr - Version 17 [X7] or lower), or Adobe Illustrator (.eps, .ai). The high quality format should be black & white without gradients or shadows and with all fonts converted to curves or outlines. The image should be at its original size and as large as possible but please do not increase the DPI of the file.  If you have specific fonts in mind, we simply need to know the name of the font, and we will locate it if we do not already have it. Prior to engraving your custom order, we will email a proof for approval.
